Watermelon Makgeolli

Makgeolli is a Korean rice wine, thicker than soju, with a creamy sweetness.  It's traditionally eaten with Korean savory green onion pancakes.  Thursday night we made a watermelon makegeolli cocktail.
Frozen chunks of watermelon+makgeolli=yummmy.





Then we met up with some friends out and about.
