Patbingsu



We were introduced to this amazing dessert by accident while trying to order a smoothie in Seoul (surprise surprise).  It is delicious and as the humidity climbs, we have been enjoying these more frequently.

Basically it's shaved ice topped with sweet azuki beans, either sweetened condensed milk or milk, and then a variety of sundae toppings.  My favorite toppings include mochi, cornflakes, and canned fruit cocktail.  It's a dynamite combination.
