Royal Wedding Cake

On Saturday it was Christina's birthday (a fellow Native English Teacher at school).  Christina is a huge Royal Wedding enthusiast and so I was thrilled to find a recipe for Prince William's groom's cake online which didn't involve any baking (we don't have an oven).  I recommend the recipe and the only change I made was that I used milk chocolate instead of dark, but other than that the list of ingredients could all be found here.  It's basically digestive cookies, melted chocolate, butter, and milk.  Cake success!
